Project "a Room"

2019

"a Room" satisfies ephemeral and delirious desire of humans by deceiving our own sensorial system and body mechanism.

The growing ecological footprint of a human population has triggered established land use ethics that contradicts our needs to accommodate infinitely diversifying lifestyle. This project aims to perceive these two extremes as an entirety of living in the future and represent it by juxtaposing the minimization of geographical footprint, cost, material use, embodied energy, and waste to the maximization living experience, enabled by adaptive technology and mental manipulation that are integrated to architecture.
